For the Opera Lab, applicants in music should submit a vocal score, their most representative piece, a bio, and a letter of reference, directed to Paola Prestini (pprestinivia@mac.com). Applicants in writing should submit an 8-10 page writing sample, a resumé and a cover letter explaining their interest in the program, directed to Magda Bogin (director@underthevolcano.org).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notice received after final payment has been made will be reimbursable at a rate of 50%. Cancellation within a month or less of departure will not be reimbursed except under extraordinary circumstances, for which proof will be required.

Under the Volcano reserves the right to cancel any of our programs with a full refund to accepted participants in case of insufficient registration or for reasons of force majeure. Notification of such decision will be made no later than December 1.
